2 tablespoons /10L = 0.3% 1 tablespoon/10L = 0.15%
up to 10 tablespoons per 100L

Bro vee2

Changing of water timing depends very much on the bio load or the capacity of your filtering system. You can measure the water quality then decide to change water or not. But by the time you've discovered that the water is poor, some harm has already taken place. So, in most practice, we change our water periodically - best is once a week with 20% water change.
You only need to add salt based on the amount of water change.

In normal wc, 0.1% salt is added, as for treatment case 0.3% is recommended.

You may change your water more frequently than a week if you are medicating your aro. Anyway, keeping once a week is good enough.

Hope i've cleared your doubt.

Regards

The best is to use aquarium salt. Table salt contain certain kind of chemicals which is not suitable for fish. (Read somewhere but can't remember what chemicals they had in table salt)

Hi

According to my calculation using the tank calculator . My tanks Is 4 X 2.5 (H) X2(W). About 566L. If putting in salt for treatment purpose, 0.1%salt is 453Gram. If I buy a pkt that is 500gm. That means I have to pour in the whole pkt. Won’t the water bcome 2 salty. I worried that I might be throw too much salt until the aro lives in a sea water environment. Any one follow strictly to the calculation?. If 0.3 % means even more salt. I vry scare so haven't try to follow the tank caculator b4. The spoon to use is the big spoon for soup? Or use a weighting machine better
