Have questions for treatment of sick aro...

I have a couple of questions for a sick aro. Has symptoms of Popeye and Dropsy. Eyes are very cloudy, lazy swimming, hasn't eaten in two weeks. In a 240gallon tank with a gar and 5 stingrays. Aro is about 4 or 5 years old. Eats millworms and shrimp. Did a water change three weeks ago, two days ago and today. Each at 25%. Bought a bottle of Maracyn Plus. Haven't used it yet because I don't want to move the aro for a chance of stressing it out at it's weaken condition and I don't know the effects of Maracyn Plus on my stingrays.

My questions are:

Does anyone know how Maracyn Plus will effect my stingrays? If you do, how so?

Do you think it'll be safe to move the aro into an isolated 100 gallon tank in it's current condition?

Is there anything I can do to help my aro?

Please help quickly. I feel as though I'm running outta time. Thank you.

i suggest that you just move the affected aro into another tank.....since rays are very sensitive to medications

was hoping i have time to take a look (97600016).
anyway my suggestion same as above. move the aro out.

take ur aro out and treat separately.
