redcross Hole in Scale, Pls Help.

Hi Bros,
Last week maybe abt Mon, i saw a small spot look like a hole at the end of the tail where the tail fin start. Then on Friday it become 4 of them. I post a pic where the hole are (but not the actual pic cos no cam) can anyone advised what is the problem and what can i do? As the scale near the tail are small, the hole is the size of the whole scale. A LFS told me it is bacterial eating my aro scale, is it true? Pls advised.

Thank u, but do u noe wats the prob? Is it water or worms or??

Check ur water parameter. Amommnia level, PH. Mostly bact prob. WC 1st b4 treatment
