Default swallow plastic piece

My 8 inch arrowana just swallowed a plastic piece about 1cm by 0.5cm. What should i do?

put in epsom salt in the water to make him poop it out faster.

One of my front ate a piece of rubber band b4,so far everthing is fine.So that piece of plastic shouldn't b a problem.
