redcross My 15" RTG stop eating for more than a week

Pls help, what's wrong with it, it's look normal, swim as usual just don't eat. Can it be internal infection? Normal diet is frog and now it don't even look at the frog at all.

give it a few days to digest...some aro is like tt, i got 2 aros also like tt...feed today, tml dun wan to eat lioa, den have to wait till the day after tml den will eat...its normal.

try other type of food,might help

As they grow, it is part behaviour to starve themselves for longer periods of time ~ preparing for parenthood when they reach adulthood.

3~4 weeks without food can be expected.

But better to watch for infection or injury.

Arowanas can sometimes detect/taste something wrong with the food ~ if you suspect something wrong with this batch of frogs, please discontinue feed.

My 17-inch aro did not eat for 4 weeks after that eating pattern change i.e. eats twice the usual feed each day (has been eating this increased quantity for the past 2 months). Not to worry. As long aro is behaving normal it is ok.
