Bro, better state all your data like: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and PH readings.
What diet is your aro? How big is your tank? What type of filteration you are running? What you did before and after the oversea trip?

I suggest u do some partial age water change. Add espom salt and active carbon for the moment. The pop out cloudy eye should heal within 2 weeks.

Pop and cludy eyes are the result of poor water quality.

I'd suggest that u do some water change and ensure that your filteration is running well.

Do monitor ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels.........

looks like bad water quality. do 50% water change but remember to add anti chlorine. add salt and go c328 to find medicine for arowana to treat pop eye. i think aquamedi arowana cure should do it.

next day, change another 50% water. reason? u wanna get rid of all the bad water. i know too much too often is no good but ur aro already critical stage, means water really bad. i think the change should not stress it too much if u do it slowly, ie water from tap or aged water comes in at a slow rate, not like fire hydrant.

cheers!
