Expert pls help

HI, 5 days back my aro jump n hit the top cover n injure the mouth.The mouth become swollen n later stage have develope a big lump(like a piece of meat sticking out fr the mouth). Presently alri use melafix n salt but the lump is getting bigger. Expert pls help. TQ

Use salt ... heater 29 degrees... change water partial every 2 days. Hope it heals!

think should heat up to 32C
