Help Please

Hi Guys, saw a few green creatures on the top of my Aro so i add some edsom salt to the water but the creature still there le. Is it adviserable to up the temp to 32C? will edsom salt actually cure alot of sickness? Cause my Aro got another problem but dont know how to explain and my photo taking skill shit la. Can anyone give me some advise please. Cheerssss
