Is this chiller ok?
I have a small tank, ard 9 Gallon nia.

i am using fan but the temp is still at 29+ degree, used to be 32

I'm using one for my 10 L tank. Manage to keep it at 26C. Don't have to drill a hole in the tank. You can mount it on top of the tank with DIY bracket.
