redcross Tearage of fin on a RTG

My RTG has tearage on the back fin and the tail. Does anyone know what is the problem? I change my water every 4 days. I add salt everytime I change the water. I also add melafix for 2 weeks already and it doesn't seem to work. Can someone please help me? Thanks

Is better to be more deligent to change water. I suspect is your water problem. Get ready for the water parameters tests.
