Angry Golden ST turned Dark

Hi bros, got a kim kim 8" ST. Was trying to take a picture of it last week. when taking the picture, as the flash light was on, it startled the St and it dashed around the tank. Now it has become very dark and always hide in a corner. One week have passed and it is still dark and frightened. It used to be the aggresor in my tank but now........sign. Any brothers here got any tips that can help my ST recover?
Will be much appreciated.
Thks!!!

Hi Bro.. try to put in smaller STs to let ur big ST bully it and see if it will turn kim kim back. Mine from unstable turn kim kim due to consistant flaring among themselves. Hope it helps.

Yes, adding tankmates (not necessarrily other tigers) into the tank can change the dynamics in the tank, causing previously 'unstable' STs to become 'stable'. Just noticed this today when I added some silver dollars to my 3ft tank: one ST which was the smallest there and always hiding suddenly started swimming around, and in my smaller 2ft tank adding 2 smaller fishes made my black baby tigers into nice stable buggers roaming all over the tank
