Swollen face/gill plate
This is my friend's red, after its protruding scales subsided, suddenly aro face/gill plate was swollen ... is it due to water retention?
Fish is swimming, behaving normally, no pop eye or bloated stomach.. |

water condition
water condition not good, put AC for 3 days then remove(to remove the impurities and chemical in the water), that what I do last time, before this u may change 20% of water with age water. BTW what the diet? try to cut down, to control better water 1st.

Thanks for all advices
Water problem as I check out with my fren...after canister failure and water change direct from tap... It is on its road to recovery after I advice him to slowly replace tank water with aged water and put activated carbon in new filter |
