Default Help. Tear Anal Fin

Dear bros.
Two days ago, my red jump out of the water when trying to catch a prawn from my stick. It landed on the ground and injuried with a small tear Anal Fin. As days passes, the tear became deeper. Please help and advise whether should I leave it to heal by itself or cut away the tear part. Thank.

Torn fins are the easiest parts of the aro to heal.

Sorry bro. It is not a torn fin but a tear away from the tip of the body.

hey bro, no worries la. The injury should heal by its own. just give ur aro some time. monitor ur fsh & water for now should be ok.

you mentioned the injury gettting deeper.. maybe just the dead tissues due to the fall. will heal one la.

cheer for ur fish!!

Bro, no worry. Just leave it on its own. Maintain 0.3% salt and temp to 30 degree until it healed. I experienced it before and tat's why, I share it to you. Will be fine soon.

i think the flapping part should be removed, if not as the aro swims or dashes, it will continue tearing. just sharing me personal experience.
