need advises on upgrading tank (FOWLR)

decided to give my fishes a bigger tank after living in my 3ft 'concentration camp' for so long.

need some advices on my upgrading plan. Planning on a 4x2x2 10mm tank with cabinet and sump, but was unsure abt the market rate now. Any bros care to advise me on their pricing?
also for a tank the above size, what should be a reasonable return pump rate be and any good brands to recommend? certainly not looking for 'high range' pumps, but will not compromise quality with cost.

hey, you can probably get a custom made one with cabinet, hood and sump for about $1300... not sure of the exact prices, but you can look for tank makers on this forum... gerald, hanteck, to name a few...
