Unhappy Aro jumped out for 2secs :(

I was transferring my aro to a 6X2X2 when it leaped out of the bucket onto the carpet...only 30cm high. The anal fin is 1/3 ripped so its sort of looks weird now. Just wondering if it will recover.

Regards
Mango

Dun worry ,in the wild Aro jump 6ft plus to catch prey and land on water....... the impact on Aro when landing on water quite a painful one le 'maybe' but they still survive....

I had a encounter similar to yours. Except drop in toilet floor. Anal fin tear across hard rays, but it will heal, don't worry. I got reassurance from some of the pros here. So after 2 mths fins fused back together naturally. Just continue to 'sayang' the fish as before.
