Unhappy Is my Aro sick?

Hello,

I am amatuer aro keeper. Have a PG for almost a year plus. Out of a sudden tonight, I spotted some irregularity to the back's and head's scale. I saw a few scales are popped up slightly. Is this some kind of sickness, I am worry for now. Can you guys give me advise(s) of what's going on with it? Please see attached pictures
