Default Help please

i have three rtg comms, one of them started has cloudy eyes but was cured. However after curing his eye, his head started to rot slowly, is like some whitish things that penetrade his head and turn to slightly reddish. I change the water about 30%, add more salt, yellow powder and furan 3 in it but the fish doesn't recover can some bro here give me some advise. The water is ok after checking.

hmm
reddish can means bacteria infection
wc 30%, salt treatment + yellow powder should be enough
remember to on heater
when u use yellow powder remember to full blast ur acdc or add in extra aeration

there is a possibility the fish jumped n injured itself
the injuries then lead to bacteria infection
would suggest u isolate that particular piece n treat it in hospital tank
