DE = Droop eye or drop eye.

An Arowana is said to have droop eye syndrome when its eyeball is perpetually tilted downwards such that it is always looking down. This usually occurs in only 1 eye, with the other eye looking normal. The severity of droop eye may vary from a slight tilt to an extreme case where a large part of the top of the eye ball is exposed.

Cover up all the side of the tank with newspaper or dark colored paper for about 2 weeks and above should do the trick. Do not remove the papers, slight lights allowed. Is the bottom of your tank paste with black oyama?

nope the botttom of the tank is not paste with black oyama. thks for the advice. hw many of u guys manage to cure DE???

Me lor. Cured my rtg with de for last chinese new year but it had returned so will try again soon. U need the oyama paper to block the reflection of the bottom.

There are successful incidents putting in FGT, Bro. Do a search as it was quite sometime liao.
