CO2 Cylinders anyone wonder which are best in market?
CO2 cylinders, there so many different sizes and different colours and some limited service provided.Well I think its not fair for buyers like us.After we found out ours cannot be one to one exchanged.
Is there anyone out there can end this.I feel its not right as CO2 cylinders are sold to us but we no have the proper support. We need to educated on type of service given to us for different cylinder brought.Different shop have different support althought its the same cylinder. I got a feeling is like that you buy and that yours problems. |

CO2 Cylinders
l know. there many types, cheap set green colour, black, grey and aluminium ( ppl say this US type dnt use normal air valve) what else l miss out?
usually you have to go back to where you get it for refill 1 to 1 exchange or else if not bought from there have to leave it for refill. very annoying and quite piss off. paid for for it and still have problem. some ppl get 2 cylinders to get around this or wait for topup to be returned. there is also 1 guy doing mobile topup ( forgot his name) but l think he also see what type lst. |

You really want quality, must be prepared to pay. the aluminium ones from USA or Japan are of good quality but the cost can be thrice of the normal steel ones.
Try bioplast, they have good quality aluminium cO2 tanks. |

Bioplast is at Boon Keng Rd. The one at queensway is biotope.
You can get the valve changed at NA. |

Hi, I bought my green 3 liter tank and has been using it for 3 year now. So far no problem. In my opinion, the tank that you can buy should be in working order and they must pass a pressure test before it can be sold to you. If you do find you tank faulty, you can make a trip to Bioplast like many bro has recommended, and ask if they can have a look at it to solve the problem. They are actually much better equip as they were doing hardware business before going into aquarium.
