My arowana stomach bloated pls help ! It is swimming & eating normal i hv put deworming med for 2wk but not recoverring ?

Hi,
Is the arowana bloated with air or is it taken too much food and it bloated. If the arowana bloated with air, then it would be very serious. Use Aquamedi mutlicure and salt would help. Dosage according to the instruction

maybe you can try magnesium sulfate/epsom salt
it functions as a laxative if your fish is constipated =)

Previously my RTG bloated with air can't eat nor swim much. The body will abit curve up & stay surface. Bloated liao can't swim down. Call LFS & they help me to cure it. It took a mth ( S$200).

Can you give us some update so that we can better help you. I have read from internet that feed too much meal worm or super worm would also cause bloated stomach.

i m not sure wats the wrong wt it i m feeding it wt smw ,feeder fish & frogs.It swim normal position dont look like air in stomach may internal stomach growth like cancer?
