blister

my aro face 2 days ago appear something like blister like that and then today see got abit blood and torn flesh,any bro got this problem before can advise?i'm now treating the fish for drop scales with salt and heater only,will the blister go away?any bro can advise?thanks.

actually did try taking pics but quite difficult to zoom in on that area plus my skills really sucks,will try again later.any bro got this problem as per my description?i know it's not easy without pics.
