Birchir Worm?

Hi all bros and sis, need some help here. A couple of weeks back, started to notice worms on my birchirs' body, went to an LFS and the uncle recommended me Baxter's solution for external parasites. I used it accordingly, the number of worms decreased but still cannot get rid of ALL of them. Is there any other medication i can use for this problem? Thanks

no pics..but the worms are white in colour and they cling on the birchirs' body..
