Ulcer?

Found this on my goldfish this morning. Will read up the net now. While im doing that, any ideas on what it is and how can it be treated? thanks.

Is it Pinkish-white open wounds, often with a white edge (and sometimes secondarily infected by fungi and other bacteria)?

it looks reddish now

I recommend test the water for signs of ammonia and nitrite. Conduct a large water change to reduce pollution levels.
