Oops, sounds like ur ray facing "death curl" problem.
Usually by the time these symptoms show up it normally beyond hope. All the best.

Yeah its happns to me b4 bro shld be the water condition & hw big is yr rays? As rays quite sensitive to water changes PH , ammonia etc.. All the best to yr rays bro
