Exclamation is my ray dying?

Woke up this morning and found the male pup dead

They were all doing fine yesterday. eating, doing chin ups, swimming around.

Saw some whitish stuff on the female eyes, sides of her disc. what is that? how do i help her?

Please help! thanks.

Any picture to show, how is the water parameter? ammonia, nitrate and PH level? Suggest you change 20% water and apply melafix at a correct dose. Hope your ray will be fine.

It's good to have a set of test kit to test the water parameter if you are keeping ray as they are very sensitive fish. Most likely to be water parameter problem or bacteria infections. Do you add any salt or medication recently? How is your bioload of your tank?

Did your angel fish disturb the ray? Picture looks like PH burnt or fungus infection to me. Change water and apply melafix.
