Increase aeration, get airstones or a pump blowing the surface of the water.

But I seriously doubt your therm is accurate, ie I think you should check it again using another therm.

i went to a shop last time to buy a thermometer and i chosen a strip type 1 but the shopkeeper said that the strip ones only work for small tank like 2 ft only larger tank may not be very accurate

Relax Bro, my tank had been soaring a 32+ ~ 33+ degrees for the past months... fishes are ok.

Maybe you want to invest in a fan to blow water surface to reduce to temp.

It should be ok ..... I have been trying hard to achieve at such temp but always at 30.
Measurement taken with the strip type does give an improper reading. why not get those that submerge in the tank to have a more accurate reading.

Hi,
Please check whether your heater is functioning well. some poor quailty heater or old heater's themostat is spolit and they would just heat the water in a improperly manner, if possible, use a digital themometer.
