Water condition very bad? Seems quite serious. What's the latest water parameters reading such as ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?

looks like infection to me... Popeye seems to be considered internal infection isn't it... I was wondering if there are any other fishes kept together...

perhaps the water reading will help...
Some items that maybe helpful to you
salt
heater

I was wondering is the fish still feeding....

Thanks to all bro who replied..Alas, fish has passed away

I don't measure my water parameters after finishing my kit 3mths ago.
Felt no need to as water has been stable for past 1 year, weekly 10% wc.

Funny thing is I only feed pellet & occasionally frozen bw for the past 2 year then all of sudden tat luohan popeye. Very bad time as busy with work these few week & barely have time to sleep. Luohan not eating 5 days ago. Initially pop not so big, thgt due to fights.

Already did 40% wc from original tank, the day I took it out to quarantine tank together with some original water. I comm with 15 other fish - kkp, luohan, vieja synspilum, red devil, uaru. All eating well & no signs of anything.
