My sick IT - I need help!!!
I saw this on my IT one day
Now after adding salt during a WC last monday here's my IT now The wound seems to have healed already but not totally. As you can see his fins still show signs of problem. I have already separated the IT from the community. I would really appreciate if anyone can suggest any treatment for my IT. BTW I just started with this hobby 2 months ago. Thanks is advance!!!! |

Hi.. Welcome to keeping tigers.
Looks like a wound as a result from fighting amongst yr other fishes. ITs like other tigers can be territorial. The wound seems to be healing well. Just maintain good water parameters and add the occasional salt will suffice. |

I normally treat finrot with medication. Seriously, many ppl swear by salt but i dont. I prefer medication. Just get any medication for finrot and dose accordingly. Easy to treat for finrot.
