You should start with buying a tank first He!He! Here are some consideration: - Planning actually where you should place, a permanent and cool area without direct sun light - Size: the bigger the tank, the easier to maintain - CO2 set, - Good light, - Substrate: propose ADA soil - Base Fertilizers + Liquid - Filtration: External filter - Chiller Of course, if you need further information, just drop me a mail, or others will also help |

All Prices are approximate from Memory
Tank 540L 5ft x 2ft x 2ft - FOC - Some friend of my gave me Substrate: Normal American sand - SGD 40 Lighting: 2 x 150W MH 6500k - SGD 850.00 (2nd Hand) Co2: SGD 128.00 full set (Includes bubble counter, Diffuser, Regulator Cannister 2L, one way valve, Elect Solenoid timer) Fertilizers: SGD 80.00 Filtration: External Eheim - SGD 200.00+ (2nd) Chiller: Teco TR20 - SGD 1,000.00+ Starter product which have been tried unsucessful and threw cost about 1,500.00 (Light, CO2 Regulator, Instant CO2 Kit, Hood, Filter, etc) My advise if you really keen and are willing to have a place in your house took up for this hobby, go for all high end product instead, my try and error cost lot of unwanted time and money spent. |
