am i underfeeding?
hi some background first
i got a 21 rtg, 6 x bp, 4" 5 or IT smallest 4" biggest 5 or 6" 1 x 8" endi i been feeding rtg with 1 or 2 bullfrogs, 1 day 1 time, and sometimes 2 days feed once. bp diet, some tetra bits and mp, about 5 pieces, cut up, eaten by IT, RTG, bp, 8" endi they always look hungry. due to that i once had ammonia spike, i am afraid of overfeeding. since then i monitor the water parameters, now rtg eating well, and is much robust now same goes to IT. but the question is am i feeding adequet? rtg always seem hungry. though good appetite sounds like good news. but wanna check if i am underfeeding. but i know rtg will start to spit food out means its full.. |

Keeping the aro hungry or half feed is a better option then over feeding.
2 BF a feed , one two day. You may consider feeding more since your fish is 21" |
