Default Help with RTG

My RTG is not looking very good and I'm not sure what's wrong with it. He's about 7-8".

4 days ago I moved it to a different tank. Accumulated it. It was skittish for the first 24 hours. I assumed it was from the stress of the move. It ate the day after the move. However, in the past 24-48 hours I've noticed it not looking very good. The colors seem to be fading on it and it has refused food. It was also just not moving hiding behind a filter for a while yesterday too. There's no noticeable signs of ich, trauma, or anything like that. Today its been very lethargic and just not looking very healthy. Any advice on what I should be doing? I'm doing a water change right now and then I plan on raising the temperature to 30 degrees. Any other advice?

Thanks.

Also forgot to add, that at times it seems to just float and swim with it's back end just hanging down. So I dunno if that signifies a swim bladder problem or not?

That could be PH shock. Stop water change.
Add Salt gradually to 0.3% and heater at 30C.
