help my rtg eyes swollen

Hi pls help me my 10inches red tail gorami eyes is swelling & bulging out both eyes like the eyes of telescope eyes gold fish!Is still swimming & eats alots in a com tank.

izzit pop eyes? if yes can do a search on the site many bro encounter tis problem b4.. for me previously i isolate my pleco and add salt + heater 31c, took around 1 week to recover...
