redcross IT bleeding at mouth

Hi,

This morning I woke up to see my 4 inch IT bleeding at the mouth. There's also a see-thru small hole at the soft tissue just above the upper jaw.

Has anyone seen an injury like this before? Will it heal? I've added melafix to the tank already.

This is the smallest IT (there're 3 other IT's btwn 6-7 inches, and also a 10inch green aro), so it gets bullied sometimes.

I've attached some pics.

Thanks.

Seems that it's mouth can't be closed properly now....slightly open position all the time. Not eating also....
