Medication for Aro

Hi,

My Aro is down with some fungus on the cheek and now I'm undergoing some medication. May someone give me some advice on medication? I using a 5ft tank with sump and is it necessary for me to switch off the pump while medication or can I let it run as usual? Inside my sump, there is only ceramic ring, bio home and filter wool and I don't have any active carbon. My aro is around 16inches and it's a bit difficult for me separate it.
