Default tail of aro bitten by ITs

hi bros...my aro's tail got bitten by ITs till now no tail...will it ever go back? removed the ITs already...praying it will recover...can bros advise?

How bad is it? The pros here will probably need to take a look to advise better. Just saying that the tail is bitten off may be abit vague.

bitten till no tail...only up to the fleshy part...no pic as the aro in WTT...fiber glass...

I think it will grow back bro...but it takes time. I used to have 5 aros with their side fins badly nipped by big RHs to the fleshy part too. Surprinsgly, all grew back nicely. Now they look normal. Im quite sure urs will grow back...perhaps a few months. Do dose melafix to prevent diseases such as fin rot etc and also to aid in the healing process.

Of course, theres also a chance that it may not grow back nicely. Might be shorter or deformed etc.

The tail will grow as my rtg tail broke into half last month during tansfering location and was quite deep in.I added salt each week during wc.now the tail is growing slowing back already.
