3 year old FH colour fade and not eating

Hi all.

As above caption, i have 1 big FH (about 3 years old) which since yesterday i noticed its body colour fade and not been eating. Other than that, i also saw it's bb is black in colour and quite a long and seems hard to detach from its body.

Can any kind soul advise me what went wrong with my big FH?? What i need to do??? I have change 50% water...........
