senegal dry out

Hi all,

my maid found my albino senegal on the ground and put him back into the water as he is still alive. but what i notice when i came back is that it's scales feel dry and reddish. any way to save it??

help??

My endy jumped out before too.. Don't worry. Leave it there and don't feed for a few days. It will recover on its own
