Default Problem with new chiller.

My new hailea 150a chiller is giving me problem, the thermostat is not accurate. It's just not sensitive, when looking at my external thermostat, the temperature have dropped 0.03, yet my chiller internal thermostat still show that the chiller itself increased temperature/ or only decreased by 0.01. Another problem is, after i calibrate the temperature -1.5 already, there can still be another 1.0 degree difference from my tank and chiller. I know it definitely is the thermostat fault, i used resun, it didnt give me such problem. And i just bought it for like 3 days? I got a year warranty. I called the serviceman, he told me this is common, nothing is wrong. What do you guys think? I should call the lfs which i have gotten from to complain about the chiller and then request the serviceman to fix my chiller themselves ?

It causes my tank temperature to flactuates 2 degrees for now. For example, i set 24 as the temp. But always, my tank gets chiller to 23.5++ to 25.5. Do not want to waste money adding in a external thermo probe, as i have warranty still. By the way, i am using 2217, 1000l/h, shouldnt be any problem.

i dont think it is common to be like that.. call the serviceman again... when i got my resun.. it also had this problem.. after that i call the guy to come... he help me do till its alright now..

FYI... i requested him to do a external thermostats for me.. so my chiller will take my tank water temperature instead of the water in the chiller compartment.. pardon me if my spelling is wrong..

Bro Lala think u need to adjust the tank water temp to be the same as ur chiller meter by adjusting from the chiller itself.

U mention u set ur temp +/-1.5 degree so u need to check ur chiller setting also as some will kick in 1.5 degree higher then will lower another more 1.5degree then ur setting.

My chiller I set at 25 degree....so they will kick in at 25.5 then stop at 24.5 as my setting I put is for up & down de +/-0.5 degree.

ur canister the flowrate is ok.
