Good type of filter
Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a new filter.
I currently own an overhead filter but I think it clutters my tank too much... So is there any filter that I can get that is relatively cheap? I already own a HOB Dolphin filter that's enough to filter around 5 gallons. I was thinking of using it in combination with a sponge filter/box filter |

I suspect Threadstarter is confused.
Hang-on filter is different from Overhead filter. |

You mean you are using HOB now, and do not want to use OHF because it does not look nice?
Sponge filter for a 2 feet looks like a good idea. What fishes are you keeping? a low bioload tank may not require too high turnover. |

Sorry, I have an Overhead filter, which I am currently using.
However, I also have another HOB filter. I'm hoping to use the HOB with another filter so that it'll be able to sustain the bioload.. hopefully |
