redcross Arowana swimming upside down

Yes, my arowana has been swimming upside down with it's belly up above the surface of the water. Can anyone recommend me the medicine and advice me on what to do next?

Diet - SW from young. No MP.

serious sbp if the belly is facing up.
Not much u can do nw.
Try clamping the aro upright with a divider and blast your air pump.
remember to lower down your water level to as low as possible and pray.
If the aro survive, you can try giving bro Ark a call for advise.

seriously hope it's not another SW-carapace undigested case.

And wish your aro the best and full recovery.

if it's dire may need to puncture the swim bladder to let air out SUPPOSING it's a Swim Bladder Problem.

What I dread is that it's caused by undigested carapace of SW stuck at the anal area.
Pics close up and vids will help all help u further...

I'll do:
1) Lower water level to just 2 inch above fish.
2) divider to hold the fish upright.
3) lots of air but not strong current.
3) No feeding.
4) If fishy smell, change an inch of water (aged water).
5) Will leave it for 2 to 4 weeks and monitor.

T.S, I think this is a very good method to practice. No harm trying and see if it helps.

Speedy recovery to your aro.
