Provide more info like your food to the discus fries, water changes, and pictures will be better.

Is this the first couple of spawns by this pair? Any successful spawns with fry growing up ok ?

Do not use many types of medications as the fry may not be able to take it.

Problem can range from weak frys to internal virus attack. The former nothing can be done but the latter I had use those Jap yellow powder to stablise a batch of fry having same problem before.

Just sharing my little experience.

-IMPO, Once it a while, let the pair take a break and It is a good practise to condition the pair before the next spawn ( e.g deworm, good feeding etc. )
-Maintain good water.
-What do you feed the pair and the fry, frequency of WC ?

Have you been doing daily water changes? I think that's the single most important requirement for raising healthy fry.
