Help I'm really worried
Hi guys.. I really need your experienced advices.
I have a 422 tank with 8" aro with 2 cl an 2 tfb.. All peaceful. 2 days back I added an IT that I really really like. Ever since peace has been disrupted. minor split fins on aro and head has a small scratch. Tiger even worse.. Dorsal spikes all peeling on the skin, scratches on the body. Split fins and cloudy eyes ( one dot on the interior ; can it heal? ). I know prevention is better that having a solution, however I am unsure of what the actual cause is.. I have been doing 15% wc daily with 85% dosage melafix and salt. Going to buy a heater later.. Do u guys know if they will ever be peaceful? Am I doing enough to cute the cloudy eyes? Help!! |

I suggest you separate the tiger into another tank and let it heal first. If not it will be bullied till death.

Stable water parameters and melafix should clear the cloudy eye.
Removing the tiger depends on your favoritism of fishes. Personally, I decide based on which fish is the showpiece, I would keep that fish when there are aggression in the tank. Last edited by backspace; 26-01-2011 at 11:50 AM. |
