regarding flowrate of atman cf-600 and resun cl 280

hello, i been using this 2 models since November last year, and i just read up that putting media inside would half the amt of flow rate that my canister can pump. so was wondering, is my chiller way under powered now? as the flow rate of atman cf-600 is only 700.

should i upgrade one model at atman cf 1000 if so.
or any other models to recommend? ( on the cheaper side as i dun have a high budget. )

what is the size of your tank?

if 2 ft then cl280 is fine. outflow is around... 900l/h

must use rainbar to regualte the flow.
