Did you cycle your tank well? If did then cherries are pretty hardy.

How long did you cycle your tank with ADA2 soil before adding your shirmps?
If you did not add any bacteria powder/liquid or wash existing filter's sponge in your new tank, it is best if you cycle at least 1 month and test all your parameters before adding shrimps.

If you just started shrimp keeping, try cherry shrimp.

Did you cycle the tank before adding in the shrimps? Or did you just buy and throw them into the tank? Many reasons why deaths occur. More info provided might be helpful in letting the shifus here identify your problem.

Yes I cycled for 2weeks with guppies and tetras. I have remove the fishes before introducing the fire red shrimps.
There are some plants in the tank, running on a eheim canister

Feed them mosura but it seems they can't really find the food or not interested in the food

Like what other bros said maybe you did not cycle the tank long enough if you did, provide us with the water parameters that you are having.
Hardy shrimps would be cherry, yellow, orange, malayan, yamato or snow balls there are still many more. I got 10 snow balls shrimp living in a nano cube with just java moss and no brand soil with some horned-nitrate snails, no fan no nothing and not a single 1 dead since i bought them

Unlike fish, shrimps need a fully cycled tank. Did you do any testing on ammonia and nitrates?

I think it is not surprising for them not to feed well when the water parameters are not right.
