Default Problem with twin tube T5 Light set

Only one of the tube will light up, the other tube simply won't light up unless very lucky.

Can repair? 5mths only from shop

Bro. Just send back to e lfs which u brought it, I believe they r able to ask Qian Hu to fix it for u.

maybe loose connection?
is it electronic ballast? if it is, then maybe ballast problem..

either ballast spoil or switch spoil.

aquazonic is one of the harder units to repair because the ballast is non standard size.

can try c328 uncle if he have replacement ballast and try your luck if he knows how to replace.

no soldering involved. all connected with clips.

just unclip and clip back.

i have the same problem too. the lights won't work unless i play around with the switches (literally switch on and off until it turns on). mine had a problem with the switch
