Default What's wrong with my peacock bass? :(

Today when I went to feed my fish I noticed a white film like thing covering the eyes of one of my peacock bass. When I was feeding he did not eat as it seemed like he could not see the food. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong and how to remedy it? I have attached some pictures below to show the situation.

Your PB seems to be in pretty bad condition to me. Is it the target of abuse from other fishes? Seems to me the fish may be blind. Are both eyes like that?

Yes Jon-San. Both eyes are like that and it only happened yesterday suddenly. He is not abused though. Looks bad because he jumped out of the tank a few weeks ago when I was changing water. Has been eating properly so far without any problems until the eye prob developed yesterday.

Recently my friend's Arowana also become like this. Probably due to poor water. He did not do anything but only daily wc 30% and add salt. He also top up BB water into his media during every wc. Both eyes r recovering well.
