is my delhezi bichir sick?

hi i'm wondering if the bros here could help identify if my delhezi is sick or something as the lump does'nt look normal as it is more to this area...it is eating ok just that it gets full alot faster than my other delhezi...

I'm not sure whether it's the same symptom but i have lost 2 birchirs due to this blotted stomach. Tried curing with Parzi gold but fail, gone after a few weeks
