WTS (Selling) Pond at st96 to let go

Hi all

Have two pond to let go size is about 14ft x 20ft x 3ft. Platform and shelter done. Some intro of the two pond. One is semi mud as I added stones on top of the mud so that the water will not blur. The other pond is cement pond painted green using epoxy paint. Used for 2year already so no worry. Come with some equipment like one hiblow 20 one aqua speed water pump 75w that able to pump 12000L per hr. 2 guppy tub etc.... Some of the net and things is not included
Take over fee $1600 a bit nego upon viewing only. Monthly rental to landlord is $300/- pm me if you want to view. View only on Sat but this coming next no viewing but next Monday is available for viewing in the morning.
