redcross Portion on head whitens and scale protrude

Dear all,

I observed the white patches yesterday and today i found out the scale on the head is protruding. I have done a 10% water change on last sat. Today she has begin to stop eating but is still swimming actively. Other fishes in the tank are fine and eating. pH 7.5

Can anyone help me?

Nice Aro you got there.

Could it be a growth under that scale?

Sorry for the repeat. The scales at the lower part of the aro are of different colour. Does it looks like the scale is drying up.Also, the scale by the side of the head starts to protrude
