Taken the advise from some bros here and decided to cut the broken fin off as if it dashes, the tear will be deeper. Operated on it on Fri and now doing quite well. Started to take in some prawns this morning. Thank all bros for the advises.

It will heal back by itself. Just ensure your current water parameters are tiptop. Time to put in high protein (amino acids) food.

Thank all bros for the advises. Fish recovering well now and the fin is grow out. Anyway, it is good to cut the torn fin as the result will be more even.
